  2. Decide which Webinar to attend, and the date and time you wish to attend

      3. Name of, date and time of Webinar you wish to attend

1:00 pm | Overview of Blacktie: This is an informative introduction to the Blacktie service for new and prospective customers. This tutorial includes basic information such as adding yourself to the nonprofit directory, creating giving campaigns, posting calendar items and setting up an event to sell tickets. It will briefly go over the silent-auction and seating-chart software modules. Please sign up in advance.

2:30 pm | Giving Campaigns: Learn how to set up and operate giving campaigns on Blacktie. Campaigns can be used to raise money for a specific purpose, including membership dues.

Each Tuesday

1:00 pm | Seating Chart Software: Blacktie's seating chart software makes moving people and tables simple. Sign up today to learn more about this easy-to-use software can make your life easier as you plan your next event.

2:30 pm | Invitations, Letters & Brochures: Blacktie's communication features are explained in detail on a variety of informative emails blast options. You'll learn how to track the success of your efforts as well.

Each Wednesday

9:00 am | Silent Auctions: Blacktie is the only company that allows you to move from an online auction to an offline auction the night of your event. You can do online only, or take bidding online, and then for the night of your event, the Blacktie software will print bid sheets, create the auction catalogue, write thank you letters to your donors and expedite check out the night of the event. You'll also learn how to conduct a web-based silent auction, including uploading photos and descriptions, pricing items, creating catalogs and generating donor thank-you letters.

10:30 am | Email Blasts: One of the major benefits for a Blacktie Member is the quarterly email blasts to our membership. Explained are: blast creations with full specs, multi-informational linking and tracking information.

Each Thursday

9:00 am | Calendar Listing & Box Office Creation: This Webinar is a step-by-step presentation on how to create and correct a calendar listing of an event. How to create a box office from start to finish, including how to fill out the forms for credit cards, is also discussed.

10:30 am | Website Creation: Discover how easy it is to have Blacktie's professional programmers create a website for your organization or specific event, complete with its own administrative tools.
